Request privacy & handling

We collect your first name, business or community name, email address, chosen service, project details, and consent so we can respond to your request.

Your request is sent to the JusHosting owner via Telegram using OpenClaw’s notification transport, without AI processing.

The request service stores hashed abuse-prevention and duplicate-request metadata, plus an enquiry and delivery-receipt register. It does not store your name, email, or project message.

We keep owner-controlled enquiry copies while your enquiry is active, then delete them within 90 days after it closes. Matt records closure when an enquiry is resolved, declined, or no longer pursued.

External services may keep technical records under their own policies; our deletion process does not guarantee erasure of provider-controlled records.
